1. About Patchwork Sisters

Patchwork Sisters ("we," "us," or "our") is a monthly quilting snail mail club and part of LollysStitches, created by two young quilters with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian. Our website is patchworksisters.com. Because the club is partly run by minors, the responsible adult(s) behind LollysStitches are the operating party for any membership, payment, and legal purposes under these terms.

2. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian, to join the interest list or purchase a membership. By joining, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are able to enter into this agreement.

3. The Interest List

Right now, patchworksisters.com collects interest through a waitlist. Joining the interest list is free and does not guarantee a membership spot. It simply means we may contact you when the club opens for enrollment. Membership may be limited, and spots may be offered on a first-come or other basis at our discretion.

4. Membership and What's Included

When the club launches, membership will be offered as a paid monthly subscription. Each month, active members will receive a mailed envelope containing items such as a beginner-friendly quilt square pattern, a reverse pattern, a note from the girls, and a small flat surprise, along with access to connect with the community. The exact contents may vary from month to month.

Fabric and quilting supplies are not included. Members provide their own fabric, thread, tools, and other materials.

5. Pricing, Billing, and Renewal

The membership price will be $12 per month (or the price shown at checkout at the time you subscribe). By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices may change, and if they do, we will give members notice before the change takes effect.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time; your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again after that. Because each month's mailing is a physical, made-to-order item, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once an envelope has been prepared or shipped. If something arrives damaged or there's a problem with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.

7. Shipping

We mail envelopes to the address you provide. Please keep your shipping address current. We are not responsible for items delayed or lost by the postal service, or for packages sent to an incorrect or outdated address you gave us. We currently ship within the United States only.

8. Patterns and Intellectual Property

The patterns, designs, artwork, text, logo, and other content we create and provide are owned by Patchwork Sisters / LollysStitches and are protected by copyright and other laws. When you're a member, we grant you a personal, limited license to use the monthly patterns to make finished items.

You may:

• Use the patterns to make finished quilts and projects for yourself.
• Make finished items as gifts or donations.
• Sell finished items you made from the patterns in small handmade quantities.

You may not:

• Copy, share, upload, distribute, or resell the patterns themselves.
• Mass-produce items from the patterns, or claim the designs as your own.
• Use our name, logo, or artwork without permission.

9. Community Conduct

Part of the club is connecting with other quilters. When you participate in any Patchwork Sisters community space, please be kind and respectful. We may remove content or remove members who harass others, post harmful or unlawful content, or otherwise disrupt the community. Anything you share in the community remains your responsibility.

10. Comfort Quilt Donations (Future)

We may, in the future, offer an optional path for members who wish to donate finished quilts to nursing home residents or others. Any such program will have its own details, and participation will be voluntary. Nothing on our site is a promise or guarantee of a specific donation program at this time.

11. Disclaimers

Our website, interest list, and club are provided "as is." We do our best to make everything accurate and enjoyable, but we don't promise the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we don't guarantee any particular result from using our patterns. Quilting involves your own tools and materials, and you are responsible for using them safely.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patchwork Sisters and LollysStitches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or club. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we'll try to notify members. Continuing to use the site or club after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
