Patchwork Sisters ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at patchworksisters.com and the Patchwork Sisters Snail Mail Quilt Club, as part of LollysStitches. The club is run by two young quilters with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian. 2. Information We Collect

We only collect what we need to run the interest list and, later, the club. This includes:

• Information you give us directly. When you join the interest list, we collect your first and last name, email address, and optionally your phone number and city/state. We also collect your quilting experience level and the interest options you select (for example, joining for yourself, gifting, comfort-quilt donations, or community updates).
• Shipping and payment information (later). When the club opens for paid membership, we will collect your mailing address so we can send your monthly envelope, and payment details will be handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our site and our email tools may automatically receive standard information such as your browser type, device, and general location, along with basic analytics about how the site is used.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Add you to the interest list and let you know when club spots open.
• Send you the updates you signed up to receive.
• Process memberships, payments, and mail your monthly envelope once the club launches.
• Respond to your questions and provide support.
• Understand what's working on our site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

By joining the interest list, you agree that we may contact you at the email address (and, if provided, the phone number) you gave us, about the club and your membership. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. If we send text messages, you can opt out by replying STOP.

7. Children's Privacy

The Patchwork Sisters club is created by young people, but it is intended for adult quilters and members who can enter into a membership. Our website and interest list are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll do our best to let interest-list members know.
